What is "Kid Energy?"
"Kid Energy" should be taken quite literally: It's the insatiable, relentless, joyful and totally unmatched energy unique to childhood. Our brand celebrates all the energy of youth through bold designs that attempt to encapsulate the many elements of life enjoyed by young people.
Who is Kid Energy for?
Our brand is currently for youths aged approximately 6+. (Baby and toddler sizes will be arriving May 30th!) Our clothing is not gender specific and is there to be enjoyed by everyone.
Who creates the designs?
Designs are produced by a 38 year old Aussie Mum of one very energetic and colourful 5 year old (who is unsurprisingly the inspiration for the brand).
Kid Energy hopes to collaborate with artists in the future to help bring their artistic visions to life.
Do your ads use real people?
No. As we are a children's clothing line, we do not currently use photos of real children on our website or social media. Our models and advertisements are all AI generated.
Where is the store based?
The designs are born in Sydney, Australia.
Where does my product come from?
Products are delivered directly from our printing partner nearest to your location. We choose a printer closest to you to avoid international shipping whenever possible.
Will my item sometimes be sent from further away?
If your nearest location doesn't have your requested size in stock, your order will be sent to the next closest printing station. Depending on stock, sometimes your order will be dispatched from another state or country. This will be reflected in your postage upon checkout.
What are the delivery times?
This again will depend on where your order is coming from. Orders are processed straight away and our printing partners have a very fast turnaround time (usually 1-2 business days). Delivery times are therefore largely dependent on the postal carrier.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Definitely! Please keep an eye out in your e-mail.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please see our "Returns" section under "Customer Care". This will direct you to your customer account where you can lodge your return through the returns portal.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as you are made aware of the problem by emailing us at info@kidenergy.com.au. Please include your order number and date of order in your email where possible.
